Warranty Policy

Warranty Period
We provide 12 month full replacement Warranty for all products purchased from CCDDORD. Please register your product within 30 days of purchase at CCDDORD official site so that you can receive the extended 6 months limited warranty from your purchase date.
Shipping

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong product, we encourage you to go onto to our website and order the correct product. At your convenience, please return your incorrectly ordered product in it's original box. In order to return an item to us, contact us at Sales-Manager@amazon.ac.cn with your proof of purchase from our website, i.e. your receipt, email order confirmation or order number, and details of the reason for the return. Once we receive your product in good working order, we will process your refund. CCDDORD LLC will make every attempt to accommodate, but does not guarantee domestic exchange for customer order errors. International exchanges will not be accommodated for customer order errors.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled if they have already been fulfilled.

Dispute Resolution Policy

CCDDORD LLC agrees to use reasonable efforts and reasonable methods to resolve any disputes or discrepancies that arise regarding your order. As part of the dispute resolution process, you also acknowledge and agree that you as the Authorized User or the Card hold will not initiate any chargeback or claim procedure with our Merchant Bank or your creditor without first contacting CCDDORD LLC and providing us the opportunity to resolve the claim or dispute, even if we were ultimately unable to provide a resolution.
